Congratulations to our 2025 Associate Board Officers! Nas Hussain, Winston & Strawn LLP, was elected to Chair of the Associate Board. Melissa Whigham, Ice Miller LLP, was elected Vice Chair. Kenedi McCormick, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, was elected Secretary and Treasurer. Nas Hussain is a senior associate in Winston & Strawn’s Antitrust/Competition and Government Investigations, Enforcement, and Compliance practices. He represents clients in antitrust matters, regulatory investigations, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation disputes.
Melissa Whigham is an associate in Ice Miller LLP’s Business Group, and she focuses her practice on real estate investment trusts, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
