Description:

The Chicago office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 2-4 years of employment and labor counseling and litigation experience. The candidate must be able to write well, draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, draft motions and agency position statements, and take and defend depositions. Must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as be a part of a team. Candidates with non-employment litigation experience will not be considered.  Must be admitted to practice in Illinois.
