Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a part-time Staff Attorney to join its premier Employment Law & Litigation Practice, working from its Chicago office.
A qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience representing employers before government agencies such as the EEOC and IDHR, and supporting a defense team in employment litigation involving issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant enforcement. The candidate also must have experience with drafting employment agreements, reviewing employee handbooks, authoring cease and desist letters, and providing client counseling on a wide range of HR issues.
All candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team.
